2014 Featured Images Question

    Does the 2014 theme support having a featured image on a Page or Category archive? I’ve tried tinkering a bit but with no results.

    This is a free WP site.

    Hello there,
    I don’t have a direct answer as I do not have time to put the theme up on my test blog so I can provide it.

    Whether or not just permalinked titles, permalinked titles and excerpts, full posts, or thumbnails are displayed on Categories Pages and Archives pages is theme dependent ie. it’s coded into the template and we cannot edit templates or themes. http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/editing-themes/

    In the majority of themes, posts on category or other archive pages show up just as they do on the main posts page in the blog and the number displayed is also the same.
