2014 theme post titles are in all caps

    I am using the free version of WordPress, and recently started a blog using the Twenty Fourteen theme. I really like most of the theme, with the exception of the all capital and very obtrusive letters used in post titles. I have spent some time searching for a solution, but all of the tricks involve CSS or other coding methods. If I understand correctly, using the free version precludes me from editing these features. Is there anyway for me to change the simple font size or all caps feature?

    Thanks!

  • Even simple changes like font sizes and all caps things need Custom Design upgrade to be able to change them to your preference.

    good evening. i’m using the same theme and having activate the custom design.
    could you please let me know which is the code to turn the letters from capitals to lowercase?
    thanks in advance !

  • albalive,

    The following CSS changes the case of the post titles to normal case.

    .entry-title {
    text-transform: none;
    }

    You can experiment with various text cases here.
