2017 Theme Menu Scroll Background

    In the TwentySeventeen theme home page when scrolling the logo, site title and navigation move up over the header media. As it scrolls up there is a slight darkness behind the logo and site title. I want to intensify this darkness. I am guessing that it is set to an opacity of 10% and would like something around 35%. Does anyone know where I can find this code to change it?
