  Hi there – Very unusual. Could you pass us the error text you are seeing when the activation of the theme fails?

  Along with that error text, can you tell us the computer, operating system, and web browser you are using when you run into this issue?

  On a third attempt it finally did activate it using a iMac it gave me an error message unable to activate theme please contact support it is all set now
