2024 creator plan fee purchased but only free plan is active!

    Hello.

    I am writing to inform you that even though I have been charged for the 2024 year of the annual subscription for the creator plan, my account is only operating under the free account and now my site has reverted to what I can only assume is the original theme and has kicked off most of my pictures and progress. I need help in restoring my site. I understand that using the free option would be for the next year so that it wouldn’t automatically auto-purchase. However, I didn’t think it would change my website until 2025 since I’ve already paid for 2024. Please help.

    Hi there!

    Thank you for your message. Subscriptions are automatically set to renew 30 days before the plan expiration to avoid any service disruption. Your subscription is now valid until 2025-03-30. You can read more about the auto-renewal here:

    If at any point you let your subscription expire or did not renew it on time, after 7 days, it’s automatically downgraded to the Free plan. Since you have renewed your subscription, you can restore the site from a backup by following the steps here:
