20MB Limit Media

  Hi there,

  I am trying to upload a video to our website that exceeds 20MB. Unfortunately, I am receiving a message that informs me that it’s impossible.

  As I’m unsure whether this concerns yourselves or LearnDash, I’m emailing both of you.

  Could you please explain (if it does concern you) why we can’t upload anything more than 20MB to the website? Is there a way around the 20MB limit?

  We strive for quality content and wouldn’t want to settle for less.

  I’m not showing you have any websites under the account you’re currently logged into.

  Can you let us know what the URL is of the site where you’re having this problem? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
