“24/7” Business Support? Seriously?

    Hello All,

    I’m wondering if anyone has had any useful experience working with the “Happiness Team”? Reportedly, they respond within 5 Minutes and the team is 24/7 but I’ve found that the information provided is poor, if they respond at all? (I haven’t heard from them in over 20 hours at this point.)

    Did I make a mistake upgrading to the Business Plan and should I be hosting my website somewhere else? Has anyone had experience with Weebly or SquareSpace?

    Just cancelled my Business Plan, so I’m closing this topic. Switching to GoDaddy Managed WordPress later today.

    A word to the wise. If you find this post and you’re considering upgrading to the Business Plan, don’t bother unless you’re entirely self-sufficient and don’t need any support. I wasted a day attempting to troubleshoot on my own with zero responses from the Business Chat for over 20 hours. What a waste of time.

    I am really frustrated as well and am considering cancelling myself. I reached out several times within the past 3 days and I have received no response.

    Thanks for posting this. You just convinced me not to get a plan. Going to squarespace… WordPress used to be great and their Customer Service was a standout… now it seems they’ve cut budget big time.
