  Your “24/7 Support” has now been absent for 2 days, and there’s no way to contact you directly. Any word on when the support will be back?

  they are on holiday and i believe they are back to-day, it was some sort of holiday in America i think :)

  Yes a holiday in America – they are also upgrading the contact form to provide you with better support. So not all beer and Pizza
