24×7 WP Support

Hello,
I would like to lodge a complaint about 24×7 Wp Support. We used their service to fix out website (impetusmanagement.com), and we paid them a decent amount of money to clone and host the site.
However, last week they asked if we wanted to get their maintenance plan and because we do not get a lot of traffic to the site. Then today, all of the sudden, the site is down due to a JS error? They are holding out site hostage, and trying to force us to pay a fee to have it fixed.
I would like to report them as a vendor of WordPress. I would also like access to our site.

Hi there, you’re posting to the support forums for free websites hosted on the WPcom platform.
I did a quick search of our forums and see that someone wrote a similar complaint about 2 years ago to which our Staff replied that they are in no way associated with that company.

I’d suggest talking to the folks over at the support forums for self-hosted WP and see if they can advise you about this. You’ll find them at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on that page.

Hi there,
Based on Whois details, your site at impetusmanagement.com is hosted at GoDaddy.com, not 24x7wpsupport.com, and the site is loading correctly for me.
Did you manage to get it moved back to GoDaddy?
