25 posts disappeared!!!

  hi there, just made text on sticky page bit shorter, now all 25 posts and the navigation DISAPPEARED!! How can I reinstall the old version and how can such a thing happen? I work both with the paid version transsibirischeeisenbahn.me and the free version transsibtickets.wordpress.com. The latter went wrong.
