2.99/mo domain and lost already

I don’t know where to start.
First I paid the 35 odd dollars and cents and it said when I went to claim the domain name I wanted only the one on my acct already is the one I will have. So I am guessing that I have to start a new acct to get a new name on the paid domain name?
Then when I went to the domain to see what the settings looked like (geletilari.com) It was my whole blog moved over there. I thought it would be blank and spanking new clean.

Okay so basically I thought I paid via paypal but I see no payment. I actually went through the process twice when it did not take, and still have nothing showing up. So you might want to check and see if your paypal thingy isn’t working. But the other question you can skip because since it didn’t take anyway, I am going to start over with a new account. Thank you anyway.

To use your own domain on WordPress.com you first need a free site with a *.wordpress.com address. Then you add a plan, and then you can connect your domain, so the site at the *.wordpress.com address will appear at your domain.
You don’t need to create an entirely different account either. You can create as many free sites in this account as you want. You only need a different account if you want to use another site with a completely different username.
The only upgrade I can see on your site is an expired free trial for the Premium Plan. The domain, geletilari.com, has never been added to any WordPress.com site.
