I can’t log into my site WP Admin, I changed to a new phone, that authenticator app doesn’t show codes anymore, it says to scan a QR code or enter set up key. I’ve disabled 2FA on my WP account but I can’t find where to disable it for my website.

That’s when you need the backup codes you got when you did set up 2FA, https://wordpress.com/support/security/two-step-authentication/#if-you-lose-your-device.
Instead of a generated code, you must use one of your backup codes. -

Hi there,
Your website is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, only connected here via the Jetpack plugin. So we have no control at all over your WP-Admin login. 2FA settings for your WordPress.com account has no connection with or effect on the admin login for your site, only for your WordPress.com username account.
If you have 2FA enabled, you used a plugin to add that, as 2FA is not a built-in feature of the open source WordPress software you’re using on that site.
From the data Jetpack has for your site you have three different security plugins installed:
* MalCare Security
* Security by CleanTalk
* Wordfence SecurityI’m guessing your 2FA is managed by one of those three plugins, so I suggest you try contacting their support.
Alternatively, you can log into your hosting account instead, and then either delete those plugins from your server via FTP, or just disable them from PHPMyAdmin. That should also allow you to get back into your admin dashboard. For help accessing those tools, please contact your hosting provider directly.
