  I lost access to my old number and I don’t save the wordpress backup code. What should I do

  Yes. I’ve made a new account.

  But my primary email still tied to the old account.

  Can you do something with it?

  Probably removing the 2FA since I don’t have my old number anymore.

  @jurusdewacom, we’d recommend reaching out here from the email account associated with the original username: passwordhelp@wordpress.com

  Let them know the situation, the site, the old number, the username, and so on. They’ll evaluate your case.

  Once you’ve regained access, you can change the email address to free it up, or you can just go back to using that account. Hoping this helps!
