I changed phone numbers and accidentally deleted the authenticator app. I’ve tried to look for it but I can’t find my backup code.
Can you please help me resolve this? I need to access my account in order to work!

Hi there, we have an Account Recovery support page that has details on initiating the process for recovering your account. In the Account Recovery section at the bottom is the link to the recovery form. Fill in as much information as you can and they will get back to you on that.

Thank you for all the replies. I couldn’t reply back because I can’t login with my account, now, so I had to create a new one.
The submit the Account Recovery form I need a form of authentication which I don’t have so I can’t even submit my request.
Does anyone have any other suggestions, please? I really need to get back to work.

I just want to note the maurodanielsacramento account is not new – our logs show you created this second account 4 months ago already.
