2nd attempt to get a refund.

I was charged under receipt #13253071 in the name of (email visible only to moderators and staff) for a WordPress premium account for emmadayesq. I did not intend to purchase this and tried to cancel. Can you please help me? I keep getting redirected to a blog page for scsecaf which is something I created years ago and never used.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

@auxclass-As far as I can see (only on my first cup of coffee), the only thing Staff suggested to this OP in that thread was that there was a different username involved. No further info was requested.
