2nd attempt to get help on same issue

    not sure whats going on here but in the past Id get a response the same
    day. Now nothing. And because its re a product ive paid for, it deserves promtp support. Basically I paid for a domain name back in 2021 and was charged again in June 2022. However the domain has not been working for months and I just did a Go Daddy search on the domain name of bhaktianandagoswami.com and it’s disconcertingly its available despite me having paid for a whole year for that exact domain. Something fishy going on here. Id like a reply with an explanation and some compensation.
