  I am a premium customer ($99 per year) and I want to publish a 2nd blog under the same account. Does it cost anything to do so?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  All hosting here at WordPress.com is free, so you can add countless blogs under your existing account.

  Here are the instructions:
  en.support.wordpress.com/create-a-blog/#adding-new-site to-an-existing-account

  A Premium upgrade is only applicable on a single site, however. Upgrades can only be used on the site through which they were purchased. You can transfer them from site-to-site, if needed.
