  This is my second email to customer service/support. Is there a phone # to speak to a live person???
  I am an extremely new to WordPress; I believe I may have created 2 accounts under the same domain name gainingyourgoals.com. One I can access via username formindi, but that’s NOT the acct I wish to use. The other one, I’ve added 1 plugin already and wish to access THAT acct, but I’m having problems.

  I need help!

  http://gainingyourgoals.com is a self-hosted installation of WordPress, which you can download via http://wordpress.org/

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two separate entities:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  It sounds like you’re trying to log into your account via the WordPress.com home page. To log into your Dashboard for your self-hosted site, you’ll need to use your custom login page, which you can access by adding /wp-login.php to the end of your domain.
