2nd Time Asking -Please help transferring blog subscribers to self hosted blog

  This is my second time requesting help – I’d like to transfer my blog subscribers from my wordpress.com site to a self-hosted blog.

  I’ve installed JetPack and have posted to my old blog to let readers know that I’ll be transferring their subscriptions. Please let me know if I need to do anything else on my end.
