3 blogs with same name

  There was a glitch on your site and I ended up with three blogs of the same name when I only wanted one. How do I delete the extras without losing the original name.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi. Each WordPress URL is unique, so I’m assuming you have three unique URL’s, but each one has the same name..?

  You can use the two superfluous blogs as storage sites, or make them private, or delete them. If you want to delete them, you have to make a specific request in here for staff to know which ones you want gone.

  Yes! There are three with exactly the same name. When I click on My blogs, there they are. The first two are the same in that you can start posting but when you click on the third one it says, Not Found. When I was trying to create the blog in the first place I was trying to get the .com ending and pay the $18. However the connection timed out and that’s how I ended up with three. Only I ended up with three of the .wordpress.com ending. I don’t mind the wordpress.com ending but I only want the one blog.

  So, you have three blogs named “Designs by Susie Roberts”… just so you know, you’re allowed to have as many blogs as you want and the name of a blog can be changed very easily.

  But, if you really only want one, leave the URL’s of the blogs you want deleted here, and make a request to have them deleted. A staff member will ask you one more time, just to make absolutely sure you understand that they’re gone forever, then they’ll be gone.

  It shouldn’t take long… if you haven’t heard from them by tomorrow evening, just start a new thread with the delete request.

  @muppet22 I’ve just removed the two blogs as requested.

  It shouldn’t take long… if you haven’t heard from them by tomorrow evening, just start a new thread with the delete request.

  Please don’t. Multiple threads will only confuse us. If a thread is tagged as ‘modlook’ we will always read it. Thanks for helping out the user though :)
