3 Checkboxes on my woocommerce checkout Form that I can’t get rid of.

On my woocommerce checkout form I have three checkboxes that I can’t get rid of. I believe they were put there by the Mailchimp plug-in to enable signing up to interest groups, but they don’t get displayed properly and when I deactivate the mailchimp plug-ins the fields are still there. How do I get rid of it??
