3 column CSS layout sheets with menu–can u do target column?

  Hi, I want to create a 3 column CSS layout with a menu in the left column. If I click on a link in the menu, is there anyway to get the link to open in the middle column (i.e. as you could do if you were using target frames in HTML?). With CSS it seems that if I click on a link in the left column it will still change the whole page

  Not with CSS, that would take editing and changing of the underlying theme files, which is not allowed here at wordpress.com.
