3 columns on the bottom of the front page with the same content as the front pag

    Hi there,

I just activated the Edin Theme by Thomas Guillot – thomasguillot.com – and find it really easy and nice to work with. However I have encountered a problem with the ‘FrontPage’ Attribute of the one page. When setting up the frontage 3 more columns appear under the header area with the exact same content as the FrontPage.

When accessing the ‘Edit’ button and change the content of one of the columns all the others are affected.

Any idea how to sort this out or at least hide those 3 columns.

    Thank you,
    Razz

    Hi there,

Here are two options to fix the columns.

The way they are designed to work is that they feature content from other pages (not posts) on your site. So if you create three other pages that you’d like to link to your front page, then give them featured images, you should be able to link them the way you like under “theme options” on your customize menu.

If you don’t want to use the feature you can turn it off by setting all three elements to “select”

Let me know if any of that doesn’t make sense or you have additional problems.

Also, there is more info about your theme here: http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/edin/
