3 contact forms are not working

  I am new here and I build my http://www.hostchinesestudents.wordpress.com last night and roughly finished and I had build 3 contact forms on the site but none of form is working…please guide me, thanks

  I had re-loaded each form 4 more times, and tried and finally 3 contacts forms are working now.
