3 GB upload for every blog??

  hello,

  I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this. Is the 3GB space for every blog you have or is it cumulative space for all blogs in an account? I mean, if I have 2 blogs registered in my account, do I have 3GB space for every blog or 1.5GB??
