  Hi, I would like to build a 3-in-1 platform which includes e-commerce and property. Can I build it with premium plan? Or must use business or ecommerce plan? Thanks.

  Although you can use Simple Payment (http://en.support.wordpress.com/simple-payments/) with the Premium plan, I believe that a full e-commerce solution using a plugin like WooCommerce will be the best option for you. Therefore, you need to get the Business or eCommerce plan.
