Hi joseseng,
1. If you cancel within the 30 day period you’ll be refunded. If you cancel outside of the 30 day period, the plans will remain in effect until its expiration date (you have the option of removing this as well):
https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#canceling-and-refunding-purchases2. No you can not remove the “Blog at WordPress.com. | The Blask Theme” in the footer, although you can restyle and add text to it. Refer to this thread:
https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/change-the-footer-information?replies=23. Yes. But be aware that it will be hard to get the domain name back once you drop it.
Cheers!

Hi @joseseng – I’m happy to answer your questions for you.
1) Yes, you can cancel your Premium upgrade at any time. You do have to pay for the annual subscription in full. There is a 30 day refund window for upgraded plans. More information on refunds at WordPress.com is available to you here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
2) You are not able to change the specifics of the footer, regardless of your plan. All WordPress.com blogs have this identical footer as mentioned in the Terms of Service Agreement.
3) If you upgrade to a custom domain (one without the .wordpress.com portion) there is an annual fee for that domain. You will need to pay $18 per year, as long as you continue to need the custom domain. If you decide after 1 year that you do not need the custom domain, you have the option to cancel the renewal.
I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any more questions.
