3 questions: How do I…
-
How do I fix blog’s title to read completely and legibly instead of it being all cut off?
How do I capitalize the first letter of every word in the title of the blog post?
How do I remove “blogroll”, “recent entries”, “January 2010” and “search” from the right hand column?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

1. I think you’ll need a new theme for that, or learn to edit CSS, but I may be wrong.
2. With the shift key, the same way you capitalized the H in that question.
3. In your dashboard, there is panel called appearances, click on that, and then click on widgets, add what you want to the sidebar there.

tbol3: With respect to my third question, I found the widgets section under appearance. My sidebar is empty, but my blog still shows the widgets in the side bar. See what I mean in these two screenshots.
What am I doing wrong?
With respect to my 2nd question: I used the shift key just as I used the key to capitalize the H in that question. See here for a screenshot:
Why is there a discrepency between when I am editing the post (and there are caps) and the actual blog post (where there are no caps).
Finally I’d like to complain that there is no way to edit forum posts to correct grammatical and spelling errors. wtf?

We can’t edit forum posts because a couple of years ago (or so) some less mature wingless bird type folk were editing and removing comments and making threads impossible to read.

1. The blog title is too long for your theme. You could change themes. Or make the title part of the image header. The problem will be that your blog will then not have a title: bad for search engines. If you have expertise with CSS, you could buy the upgrade and make changes.

The way the theme is coded is cannot be edited as we cannot access and edit the php and html code underlying templates for our blog on this multi-user blogging platform. The theme you chose is coded to use lower case letters in the title and long titles will be “cut off”. Take note that search spiders “see” lettering in lower case.Every theme has a default display of widgets. When you go into >Apperance ?Widgets and select and drop and drag widgets of your choice into the sidebar your choices override the default display.

2. I see your title, perhaps not complete, but has capital letters:
“The Neomarxist Anti-Christ”Just to confirm, we are discussing this blog:
http://theneomarxistantichrist.wordpress.com/Or did you fix that problem?

3. “blogroll”, “recent entries”, “January 2010” and “search” are widgets that come as a preset example of using widgets on your theme. Just add a widget and they will disappear. You can then use a blank text or RSS widget if you want the sidebar blank.
