  a friend of mine signed up for wordpress on Friday 8/30/13 there hasn’t been an activation email sent yet and she has been checking all junk/spam mail too.

  if you could remove the info to that account, so she can try again we would appreciate it.

  How do I contact customer support without going through a thread? I’ve been waiting for a week to get some help for a friend and seriously getting agitated and considering going to another blog all together. There is no where to message some one personally. I NEED HELP! This site is seriously lacking personal contact, that’s for sure!
