3 sites on wordpress.com want to transfer retaining theme & content to .org How?

  I have 3 newish sites on .com & want to transfer them to wordpress.org having got my hosting co orgainised & the domains in process of being repointed How can I easily do this retaining the theme & content?

  I’ll think & wait a bit – I’m presuming I will have to buy the Theme I’m using whichever route of transfer I go down.
