$30 charge for "custom design"???

    I was charged $30 for something I didn’t order (custom design???) … I have bought themes and storage updates but I didn’t buy anything recently, and this is not an auto-renew. Also, the transaction through paypal, which is odd because I almost always use my credit card for online purchases for the added protection. I would like a refund and a note re: what this charge is about??? I am using Twenty Ten theme and I don’t have any auto-renews set up as far as my records show.
    NB. When I click on “request refund for custom design”, which is an option automatically generated by this page based on having typed “custom design” above, I am directed to my site with **no further visible steps about how to continue with the refund** What is going on???

    Hi there,

    The Custom Design charge was an auto renewal from a purchase originally made on 10/27/13 on the blog authenticaesl.wordpress.com. I have refunded the charge and removed the upgrade from your blog. The funds should become available on your bank account within the next several days.
