$30 Custom design upgrade

  Is the $30 custom design upgrade still available. I always get redirected to the $99 plan when I try to purchase it.

  Your username account was registered on September 30th 2014 (1 month ago). Accounts registered after September 1st, 2014 cannot purchase individual custom design upgrades. They have to purchase either a Premium bundle of upgrades or a Business bundle of upgrades which include the custom design upgrade in them.
