30-day refund on upgrade – why did I only receive a partial refund?

    https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ states that ‘We provide a 30-day refund on all upgrades…’

    I purchased a Premium Upgrade on Sept 11 for A$80.56
    I then cancelled this upgrade on Oct 4 and received a refund of A$63.56

    My question is what happened to the A$17? Why did I not receive a full refund?

    I want to refund all the payment $135.88
    why i just get -$50 and -$9.88
    where is the rest refund ?

    It looks like the mapping portion of your upgrade did not get processed correctly when you cancelled. I’ve issued the remainder of your refund and you should receive it in about 10 business days.

    I’ve issued the refund for the domain and G Suite portions of your upgrade as well. Note that your domain will not be available again immediately, so if you want to use it somewhere else you will be able to register it for at least a week.
