  Why cant I purchase the 30 dollar Customize appearance upgrade?

  I’m sorry but unless your username account was registered prior to September 1st, 2014 you cannot purchase that individual upgrade. Your account was registered on October 16th, 2014 and that means must purchase either the Premium bundle or Business bundle of upgrades to get the custom design upgrade.
