30 dollar custom design upgrade – where is the link?

  When I click on the 30 dollar custom design upgrade I am taken to a page that only offers premium or business upgrades at 99 and 299 dollars. How do I get the 30 dollar upgrade that is advertised on the ‘appearance’ – ‘custom design’ page?

  There is no link. They disabled the standalone upgrade and now you have to buy a package for $99, but they still leave up the info that claims you can buy it for $30. You can’t.
