301 redirects from my old blog to my new wordpress.com blog

  I have recently moved my website and as such my blog had to move as well. Currently in the google webmaster tool i have over 700 pages not found that all releate to my other blog. How can i redirect them to the correct posts on my new blog?

  If you moved from a WordPress.com site to a self-hosted WordPress.org site and kept your permalink structure the same, the Site Redirect tool may do what you want.

  This would also work if you moved from one WordPress.com site to another WordPress.com site.
