301 site redirect

  Is there any way to do a 301 site redirect from a .wordpress.com site to a self-hosted .com site without paying $13/year? My site has gone from literarydistractions.wordpress.com to literarydistrsctions.com, and I don’t want to delete the old site either, just redirect it. Thanks!

  Additionally, the permalinks on my dot-com site still direct to the wordpress.com site. How can I fix that?
