$316.20 bill???

  I got a charge on my bank for $316.20 and I don’t know what it’s for. The receipt came to an email of (email visible only to moderators and staff). This is a domain that I have never used and don’t know why this charge is linked to this address. I have wordpress through Godaddy on my kwphotodesigns.com account, but there is no receipt showing on that account with y’all. I can’t get much info on your site and it’s very unuser friendly to me. Please advise and let me know what this charge is for or I will have to contest it at my bank. Thanks

  Sorry to hear this! Is that your email address? If so, can you log out then log back in with that address then update us here so we can get this cancelled properly?

  If it isn’t your email address, I’d recommend locating the charge at wpchrg.com, then reaching out to billing directly. But if you aren’t able to do that, please let us know so we can have them reach out to you.

  yes, (email visible only to moderators and staff) is one of my emails that I don’t use, but I bought the domain. It should not be connected with WordPress at all. I don’t remember ever setting up an account with that email so I can’t log into it. The only account I have is the one for my (email visible only to moderators and staff). Please help me. I see no contact info anywhere on your site so this is the only way I have been able to make contact with anyone. Thanks

  Sorry but the website you gave does not exist on WordPress.com. Is it a self-hosted WordPress.org website?

  I don’t know what else to do.

  Can you log out, then log back in using that email address? You can reset the password if needed.

  Then update us here.

  No, you’re still logged in under the incorrect account.

  You need to:

  1. Log out of WordPress.com at https://wordpress.com/me

  2. Log back in using the email address that the receipt was sent to, the one you quoted in your first post here.

  2b. If you do not recall the password for that account, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  3. Once you’re logged in to the correct account, you can cancel and refund the purchase from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
