    Hi there,

    For free sites without an upgrade, support is offered here in our forums, but if you prefer private support as an option you may wish to upgrade to any of our WordPress.com plans since they all include a private option.

    For example, you can consider our Personal plan, which is our lowest cost option and in addition to private email support it also includes a free domain name (if you choose the yearly billing option) and turns off the ads we show on free sites.

    If you prefer not to upgrade at this time and don’t mind sharing with us a little more about what you are trying to set up, we’re happy to take a look here in the forums.
