Thank you, the thing is that I received an email where said that I needed to install wordpress 3.9.2 because otherwise my web site was in danger to be closed. I saw this page http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress, but I’m not sure if I need help from a programer because of mysql or if I may do it by myself

That applies only to those who have WordPress.ORG software installs. It does not apply to wordpress.COM hosted blogs like http://aledusad.wordpress.com/ so if you don’t have a self hosted WordPress.ORG install ignore it.
If you do have a WordPress.ORG install at some other URL then you need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
