3rd party themes: which ones does WordPress prefer?
-
I started my second blog. Now the question is: What is WordPress’s opinion of all those WordPress themes that I see on the Internet? Obviously you allow them or all those people would not be making them, but…. are there some that you recommend for stability (or whatever the term is) and quality?
I ask because I want to see more themes that have customizable headers.
Thank you.

I know you are new here. But even newbies have to learn to use the search function at the top of the forums and read the sticky, 8 Things, as well as the sticky on the differences between wordpress.COM and wordpress.ORG.
If you did those three things, you’d discover that the themes that you see for WordPress don’t apply to us here at wordpress.COM. You cannot upload themes here.
Most of us in the forums are volunteers. We don’t mind helping but we hope that you learn to try to help yourself first.

Since you are at WordPress.com, you aren’t choosing from all the WordPress themes you see on the web. You’re choosing from the themes you see at WordPress.com. The fact that they are at WordPress.com tells us that WordPress.com thinks somewhat highly of them.
Actually, before I typed that I should have checked: is your second blog here at WordPress.com?
