  Hello this is the 3 post I’ve made and haven’t had any luck with the other 2….

  I was using the help feature to help me create a post and it always says something went wrong.

  Why is that?
  I do not have the option to publish anything on the right hand side in the box like on the BENNY introduction video. Instead it is a square of where the box would be but its a dotted line.

  Someone please help.

  1. In order to help you please provide the website address in an http:// form.
  2. Also, is orlandocitylionsfc.com the website you are seeking help with? If so, the site appears to be display GatorHosting rather than a blog.
  3. Finally, your gmail forwarding issues may be related to the kind of WordPress site you have. Do you know if you have a WordPress.COM (the free blog) or a WordPress.ORG (the one that requires self hosting) site?

  Yes that is the domain. I registered with wordpress.com

  Ok, it appears you have a WordPress.ORG site. WordPress.COM sites would have “wordpress” as part of the link.
  Do you know if you purchased domain mapping or transferred a domain from WordPress.COM to Gatorhosting?
  If not, than WordPress finds it useful for WordPress.ORG users to use the forum set-up for them at WordPress.org.

  Thank you for responding Mr. Costa:)
  My domain I register via go daddy and host through web gator.
  So my best bet is to post on wordpress.org, huh? In my dashboard is is just like the benny so I got the installation from the right place at least right?

  Yes on both accounts!
  You have the WordPress.ORG software which is completely customizable! Benny looks the same (initially) whether or not you use WordPress.COM or WordPress.ORG. Before you head over to the WordPress.ORG forum if you have not downloaded the plugin: JetPack consider doing so as the absence of it may be the source of your problem.
