403 ERROR
-
Hi, I had been customizing my website for a week or so and I tried to connect it a domain I bought on namecheap. The website seemed to be offline and the elementor assistance told me i could take up to 72 hours to connect or something. Now 1 week later and the website is still offline. I am really confused, i tried a few things, deleting caches but it doesn’t seem to work. Iam new to this and this problem seems to complicated for me to solve.
Thanks

Hi there,
I have checked your denoagency.com domain, and the name servers on the domain are not yet pointing to WordPress.com. Log into your Namecheap domain account, and change the name servers to the following.
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.comHere is a Namecheap support document that will help with making that change.
It can take 24-72 hours for a change to the domain settings to fully propagate around the internet. Generally though in 4-6 hours things should have stabilized and you can set the domain as primary.
Let us know if we can help with anything else.
I do see that you have Google Workspace DNS records. Those will most likely not show up here after you change the name servers, but once you have done that, let us know and we are happy to help get those added back so you have little to no interruption in your emails.
