403 Error when accessing site

  Hello, when I try to access my site I get a blank page with the following error:

  Forbidden
  You don’t have permission to access this resource.

  Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
  ‘

  Jetpack sent an email saying:

  Your site is returning a 403 error, which normally indicates that your host’s security measures are blocking our monitoring requests. Please have them confirm that they are not blocking any requests from our user agent (See http://jetpack.com/support/monitor/ for more information).

  I’m unsure how to fix this, thanks for any help!

  We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress;com platform. You must contact Ionos support to solve this problem.
