403 Error with my blog

    Can someone please help me figure out whats happening with my blog? From my IP address, I receive this error message saying Im not authorized to view this site. When I log into WordPress, it is a completely blank canvas, no blog.

    I called godaddy, and on their end the blog and domain name is completely up and running. You can even see the site from other browser’s (at a friend’s house), just not mine. Please explain to me what’s going on? Thanks
