403 Forbidden Error

    Hello! I was going through and trying to do some Maintenace on my site for a new class I am taking, and when I was trying to make a new practice subdomain, my site suddenly started throwing a 403 Forbidden at me. I tried to get back to my dashboard but couldn’t and now when I tried to re set up my wordpress, it’s missing all of my themes and previous work! If I could get any help or clarity with this I’d appreciate it greatly!
