The nameservers appear to be set up correctly for motherfocca.com.
motherfocca.com is set as the primary domain for kasiafocca.wordpress.com and will appear in the address bar when you visit the site.

There is no problem for me in Canada at this end of things where the domain mapping is working properly. It can take as long as 72 hours for DNS changes to become widely available. If you’re still not seeing your site loading at motherfocca.com, please wait a few more hours, clear your browser cache, http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clear-your-cache-and-cookies and try again.

It is not unusual for the last place to flush their DNS caches to be your own ISP. You can view the DNS changes here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/ What’s important during that stage is to be patient.
