403 Forbidden error when trying to use password recovery

    One of the other users on this blog is trying to reset his password. Since he does not have access to the email address he signed up with, he cannot receive e-mails associated with the account recover. However, when he tried to send the password recovery form with details about his account it returns a 403 Forbidden error page with no other information.

    Could someone please look into this? Do you have the same issue?
