403 Forbidden help needed!

My hosting company has disappeared off the face of the earth and I cannot log in to my site as there is a 403 Forbidden message. I have the admin log in details to make changes on the website but not the WordPress back end. I need to move the hosting but cannot access the site to do anything! Please can you let me know what my options are? Many thanks, Minette
