403 Forbidden – No access to page/login

  Hi, my site has been down for over a month now with a 403 Forbidden error – both the site itself and the login page. I am not the owner of the site, so I don’t have any backups or files downloaded, I always just used the web login to update, but that is not possible. I don’t know whether this is a plugin issue or a hosting issue. Where do I start? There were years of stories on this website, it cannot be lost.
